The Dalai Lama was born on 6 July 1935 to a farming family in Tibet. At the age of he was recognized as the reincarnation of the 13th Dalai Lama. Then after the invasion he had peace talks with Chinese leaders at the time but after the brutal suppression from Chinese Troops he was forced to exile. And since that invasion, the Dalai Lama was to adhere to the UN and The General Assembly adopted three resolutions on Tibet in 1959, 1961 and 1965.
